Somehow I am thinking my eyes are deceiving me.
The FCC Chairman is seemingly saying a whole lot of stuff I like, especially where DRM, a-la-carte Cable, broadband, etc, are concerned. I guess time will tell if it is a sign of good things to come, or just talk.
